Are there any rare silver tray's?

I have a silver oval tray that seems to be rare, with 12 countries along with symbol's or maybe coat of arms above engraved. All are countries in Malaysia. The backside has 1200 B engraved with mid-eastern writing engraved.One country being SINGAPUR ( spelled this way ) another is JOHOR, MELAKA etc..." Does anyone have information on this tray?
