No, no cell phones, computers, digital cameras, digital picture frames etc, etc. The only thing you can take is the clothes you show up in, a change of under garments, hygiene products that you will need until you actually get there and a few dollars. Everything else will be provided and you have limited space for storage. He is heading for boot camp, not summer camp.
