Please rate my Dragon deck. I was also Hoping for suggestions on how to turn this into a tournament style deck?

Like 8. I think you can only have 1 Brain Control. I'd add a third Masked Dragon. I'd add another Mystical Space Typhoon. There's an Armed Dragon LV10; that would make a nice addition to your deck.
