Is there an automated way to make numbers separated by dashes into cells in Excel. ie 4-23-41-51 in four cells?

I want to take a list of numbers that were recorded separated by dashes into separate cells so that I can analyze the data as I see fit. There are thousands of results that I can copy and paste, but I can only get it to land in one cell and I don't want to mindlessly do the data entry if I don't have to. Thanks.
