Hague says talks in progress with Taliban? Finally?

I don't think they will retreat out of afghanistan. why would they do this? they started the ar so they will end the war. they never want to be beaten nor UK or US troops and I don't think the afghan national army will be strong enough to fight of the taliban (basically thy are quite thick) I think by 2014 they will be out but not by 2012
