A 12th planet in our solar system?

Ok so everyone has been wondering mindlessly on YouTube looking at things that intrest them.... Well I stumbled across a video that said an alien message was decoded and that it came from the 12th planet in our solar system. Now I totally believe in aliens and I am an atheist. So is there a 12th planet.... I mean Im pretty sure NASA or Russia would have found it before 2000
