Question about undo system restore ?

hello. last night like around 7 pm. i did a system restore. my computer account was acting up it said it had " virus" when i actually don't. so to take that away i just mindlessly did system restore. and i forgot to save up all my documents and pictures and song to a flash drive. is there a way to undo a system restore :(
