Is it safe to say that the Giants are dead in the water?

they have no offense, their bullpen can't hold a lead anymore, two fantastic performances by Lincecum and Caine wasted - I seriously doubt a repeat - do you think they have a chance to make the postseason - I doubt that too, unless their bullpen gets better and they find a very good bat.
