Importing goods in to canada from china?

I am a university student who is looking to make some money, I want to have my parents to ship macbook cases to canada so i can sell them to the students in my school, but the cases have the apple logo engraved out to fit the laptops, is it legal to ship these cases to canada? does the canadian border care that they have the apple logos on them? please answer only if your sure.
